Micromatic Drum Valve Fill-Heads

Product Summary

Allows drums or containers fitted with the Micromatic Drum valve system to be re-filled through the valve.

To maintain the integrity of the Drum Valve system and assist in preventing unauthorized drum re-filling, Micromatic Fill-Heads are a serialized item which are only sold to approved chemical manufacturers or re-fillers.

Common configurations

Manufactured in Grade 304/ 316 Stainless Steel and available with Viton Seals as standard with 3 or 4 pin options.

Note: Handles may vary from Red to Black and they are not necessarily indicative to either the 3 or 4 pin version

Spares

Note: We recommend the drum is filled via the valve with a Fill-Head rather than fitting a valve after filling to a full container. This prevents product, often with high surfactant loadings, from finding it's way onto the drum's threads and thereby affecting the ability to achieve correct valve fitting torques and sealing. For the same reason, re-filling should follow the same rule.
